10x Recruitment seeks an experienced Accounting Specialist for a Boca Raton law firm. This full-time, in-office role supports day-to-day financial operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll reporting, and month-end close in a fast-paced legal environment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA in good standing, and demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Active CPA license in good standing is required.
• Demonstrated stability and professionalism in work history.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage deadlines.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related reporting.
• Support month-end closing procedures.
• Handle trust accounting and ensure compliance with legal accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting and internal accounting processes.
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and administrative staff as needed.
