Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Bank Reconciliation Specialist to manage reconciliations for university operating and Off Campus Housing bank accounts. You will prepare GL entries, analyst transactions, and ad hoc bank activity in Workday, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

This position is responsible for reconciliation of all operational bank accounts at the university, including the accounts for Off Campus Housing. Responsibilities include the following accounting functions; prepare general ledger entries, prepare ad hoc bank transactions, reconcile and analyze bank account transactions, complete account reconciliations, prepare reports for auditors, analyze and make decisions on exception items including positive pay, returned payments, and unidentified transactions.

Salary Range $23.37 - $36.19 / Hourly
