Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or equivalent.
• Two years of banking/accounting experience or equivalent.
• Ability to learn and adapt to internal reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain financial transactions in clearing accounts.
• Generate reports for state agencies’ financial information.
• Execute wire transfers and ACH transactions for daily investments.
• Balance daily deposits and record funds in the general ledger.
• Assist agencies with deposit transmittals and ledger updates.
• Backup duties across the State Investments and Banking Division.
