Republic Airways is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to prepare, analyze, and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts. The role requires creating journal entries, reconciling ledgers, and ensuring accuracy for financial reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; no prior experience required (or equivalent combination).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Prepares, analyzes and reconciles general ledger accounts.
• Prepares journal entries for assigned accounts with timeliness and accuracy.
• Reconciles accounts and analyzes variances; researches issues as needed.
• Conducts assigned account audits and reviews balance sheets for irregularities.
• Communicates issues to management and collaborates with finance team for reporting requirements.
• Works with third-party vendors as required.
