Responsibilities

• Enter financial transactions and documentation into accounting systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify vendor information, purchase orders, and transaction details for completeness.
• Communicate with vendors and internal staff to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Update pricing information and add new items to inventory management systems.
• Research and obtain missing financial documentation from external sources.
• Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for financial records.
• Distribute communications to appropriate internal personnel.
• Maintain and update departmental spreadsheets and tracking documents.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide additional assistance to the accounting department as required.
