• Prepare and process customer invoices and payments.
• Manage vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing, AP, and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Take on additional general accounting responsibilities as your experience develops.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred

Compensation

$60,000-$75,000 base + overtime opportunities
