Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• GAAP knowledge and application.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
• Located within sustainable commute of Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

• Learn from CFO and cross-train with Finance team.
• Assist with journal entries and balance sheets preparation.
• Analyze data and resolve discrepancies with internal departments.
• Audit Sales Orders for correct documentation (POs, tax exemptions, AP contact).
• Manage customer credit and risk.
• Support month-end/year-end close and prepare reports.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external stakeholders by phone, in person, and electronically.
• Provide general Finance team support and perform other duties as assigned.
