Responsibilities

• Manage the corporate month-end close process.
• Prepare corporate financial statements.
• Validate and process invoices across corporate IT, legal, finance, and executive departments.
• Complete third-party financial reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit.
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and monthly accruals for the general ledger.
• Produce quarterly financial statements.
• Operate within a Purchase Ordering System.
