Job summary

Windings, Inc. is seeking an Accountant to manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll support. You will contribute to timely and accurate financial reporting while exploring process improvements and leveraging ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Competence in accounting practices and GAAP.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Ability to learn and apply new information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Review and reconcile general ledger postings and assist with accounts payable and payroll processing as needed.
• Identify process improvements and leverage ERP tools to improve efficiency.
