Job summary

TriMark USA is hiring an Accountant in Bedford Park, IL. The role supports the finance team with journal entries, monthly reports, reconciliations, and intercompany activity. Hybrid, full-time position located near Chicago with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with ERP systems, including involvement in the InforM3 deployment. Strong GAAP knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2–4 years of accounting or general ledger experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting cycles.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close entries and journal postings.
• Reconcile bank activity to GL and investigate variances.
• Reconcile fixed assets and depreciation; post asset transactions.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts.
• Process intercompany transactions and monthly payments.
• Provide timely financial information to stakeholders.
• Assist with InforM3 implementation and integration.
