The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks, and 3+ years of relevant experience. ElementUSA is dedicated to transforming industrial residues into valuable resources, and this role is pivotal to their mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting with strong knowledge of AP, AR, and general ledger functions.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP.
• CPA preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjusting entries.
• Assist with the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements.
