Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial modeling concepts such as NPV and IRR.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to manage departmental financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cost analysis, capital project evaluations, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee daily financial operations such as accruals, account analysis, and funding oversight for contracts and projects.

• Lead financial review meetings, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
