The Mosaic Company is seeking an Accountant for Enterprise Business Services in Tampa, FL. This role supports North American accounting activities and government reporting within a dynamic global agribusiness.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, has 3+ years of accounting experience and a strong GAAP background, and is proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. SAP experience is preferred, with a collaborative, detail-driven approach to month-end close.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, or Business with emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to apply principles in practice.
• Experience/knowledge of SAP preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with month-end close processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
• Perform accounting for various North American accounting activities.
• Prepare and maintain support for balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and government reporting requirements.
