The Mosaic Company in Florida seeks an Accountant for Enterprise Business Services to handle accounting for North American operations and government reporting. This role supports month-end close, reconciliations, and overall accuracy of financial records.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of accounting experience, and strong GAAP knowledge. Collaboration across levels and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Excellent understanding and familiarity with GAAP.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to adapt to a continually changing business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accounting for various North American accounting activities.
• Responsible for various government reporting requirements.
• Responsible for the monthly preparation and maintenance of support of various balance sheet reconciliations.
• Participate in and coordinate the month-end close process to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of close.
• Compile, reconcile and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with policies and procedures for month-end close.
• Other job duties and projects as assigned.
