gpac is seeking a Project Accountant to join its accounting team in the construction sector, focusing on job costing, WIP reporting, and overall project financial management. The role supports multiple commercial construction projects, processes subcontractor pay apps, owner billing, change orders, and maintains accurate job cost and forecasting reports.

• 3+ years of project accounting experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, AIA/progress billing, and construction contracts.
• Experience supporting multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction accounting software such as Viewpoint Vista, CMiC, Sage, Foundation, Spectrum, Procore, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
