Job summary

Elevate Talent Advisors LLC is partnering with an established commercial and industrial general contractor in the Midwest to recruit a Project Accountant.

You will prepare AIA billings, track costs, manage pay apps, and support month-end close, with a competitive package including bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction accounting experience within a GC or subcontractor.
• Hands-on experience with AIA billing and lien waivers.
• Familiarity with construction accounting software is essential.

• Process subcontractor and vendor invoices and manage accounts payable

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain project financial records, change orders, and contracts
• Work closely with Project Managers on cost reporting and cash flow

We are growing and looking for a Project Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process AIA G702/G703 owner billings and monthly pay applications
