Job summary

Lithia Home Office in Medford, OR is seeking an Accountant Associate to process real estate and personal property invoices, ensure timely vendor payments, and support financial controls across the organization.

You will collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Real Estate, and Dealership Accounting, maintain fixed asset records, and help improve accuracy and reporting while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with invoices and accounts payable, bookkeeping or financial operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and code real estate and personal property invoices for timely payment.
• Review recurring invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and dealerships.

Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.What You'll DoProcess and accurately code real estate and personal property invoices while ensuring timely payment to vendors.Review recurring and significant invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy throughout the month.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Respond to and resolve inquiries from vendors, dealerships, and corporate stakeholders.Create and maintain fixed asset records within the fixed asset system.Partner with Accounting, Tax, Real Estate, and other departments to support financial reporting and operational needs.Maintain strong professional relationships and provide timely communication regarding transaction status and issue resolution.What You'll BringProgress toward a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
