Job summary

Iru, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to own core month-end close, multi-entity accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting while helping us build a more automated, scalable Finance function.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience implementing or improving ERP, automating workflows, and using AI/LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas of monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journals and reconciliations.
• Support intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations across entities.
• Develop automated reconciliations and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and other teams to resolve issues.
