Job summary

InfoStride in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with month-end and year-end close activities in New Jersey.

You will manage AP, AR, and GL, perform various reconciliations, handle inventory accounting, and contribute to accurate financial statements, audits, and 1099 reporting. Strong US GAAP knowledge and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with reconciliations and month-end close.
• Inventory accounting, COGS, and shrinkage experience preferred.
• Retail/inventory-driven industries experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end/year-end close and financial reporting.
• Assist with cash flow reporting, audits, W-9s, and 1099 reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Monitor AP/AR aging and vendor/customer accounts.

Requirements:

• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Acumatica, Oracle, or similar ERP.
• Knowledge of US GAAP preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
