##Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

• Perform full-cycle accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, general ledger entries, and reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors

• Provide support during audits and assist with the implementation of internal controls

• Stay updated on technical accounting standards and best practices

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and procedures

• Proficiency in using accounting software, QuickBooks

• Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements
