• Public accounting experience in a personal injury law firm is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required, CPA preferred

Position Summary:The Senior Accountant is responsible for leading month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes, reconciling financial statements, and preparing budgets and forecasts. This role requires a strong command of general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping, as well as the ability to perform in-depth financial analysis, including profit and loss and KPI reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to convey financial data clearly. With a focus on maintaining internal controls, managing accounting projects, and ensuring data integrity, the Senior Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end, quarterly and year end close procedures
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Prepare annual budget and forecasting
