Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous customer service, account support, sales support, or order management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with customer orders, quotes, pricing, or purchase orders preferred.
• Manufacturing, automotive, industrial, distribution, or similar experience preferred.
• SAP or other ERP system experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing customer drawings or technical product information is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and order related issues.
• Review RFQs and prepare customer quotes and offers.
• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders.
• Manage order entry and monitor orders through completion.
• Communicate pricing, availability, delivery information, and order status to customers.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, operations, logistics, and other internal departments.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, pricing, and account information within internal systems.
• Assist with resolving delivery, pricing, inventory, and order discrepancies.
• Support existing accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
• Maintain organized documentation and follow up on outstanding customer requests.
• Work with customer drawings and product information as needed.
• Provide responsive customer service while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
