Chipton-Ross is seeking an Account Support Associate for a hybrid contract opportunity in New York, NY.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
  • 1-3 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, project coordination, merchandising, sales support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The Temporary Account Support Associate will provide administrative, reporting, and project support to the Business Uniforms team. This role will assist in managing client deliverables, tracking projects, coordinating cross-functional follow-ups, and preparing reports and presentations. The position is designed to support the team's operational needs during a period of increased business activity and help ensure successful execution of key client programs and initiatives.

Administrative & Project Coordination
  • Maintain project timelines, trackers, and status reports for client programs.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and monitor action items across cross-functional teams.
  • Track open issues, system enhancements, and client requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda development, meeting notes, and follow-up communication.
  • Support planning and coordination efforts for trade shows, client meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Reporting & Analytics Support
  • Generate and distribute sales, inventory, and operational reports.
  • Partner with internal reporting resources to gather and compile business data.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and support ad hoc analytical requests.
  • Assist with preparation of QBR presentations and client-facing materials.
Client & Account Support
  • Prepare weekly status updates and reporting packages for key accounts.
  • Monitor customer service and quality-related issues and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Support client deliverables and communication efforts.
  • Serve as a liaison between account management and cross-functional partners to help keep projects on track.
Team Support
  • Assist with tracking business priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintain organized documentation and program records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Uniforms team as needed.
  • Support special projects and business initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
  • Experience supporting account management, sales, wholesale, retail, or uniform programs.
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
  • Familiarity with inventory, order management, or supply chain processes
REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
  • Accredited Bachelor's degree preferred
