Strategic Human Resources Professional | Dynamic Culture Leader
Trigger(House is a cutting-edge experiential marketing and live event production agency focused on crafting unforgettable brand moments. We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Supervisor to join our energetic team and help bring bold ideas to life. The Account Supervisor is key in leading day-to-day client relationships and project management independently, with minimal oversight. They help generate ideas that advance brand ambitions and oversee flawless execution, ensuring projects, including client events and activations, are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope. This role is hands-on, coordinating and managing live, virtual, and hybrid client events from planning through execution. Working closely with Trigger(House leadership, the Account Supervisor also serves as the primary liaison between clients, cross-functional teams, and senior management to drive the process of producing a successful live event while guiding and mentoring junior account members within the team.
Operational & Client Management
- Provide account leadership by managing client needs and project execution.
- Serve as the primary client contact, overseeing day-to-day communication, project updates, and issue resolution.
- Lead integration and coordination of multiple clients and internal team members, emphasizing proactive communication, strong relationships, and results-driven outcomes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, tracking expenses and incremental costs, securing client approvals as needed, and partnering with A/R for accurate invoicing.
- Effectively lead and oversee multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor project status closely, updating teams and clients on progress, deadlines, and deliverables, while maintaining key documentation and client folders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive post-event recaps to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
- Lead and mentor direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Delegate tasks strategically to maximize team efficiency and ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with department leads to build realistic project timelines that support operational success, and proactively address client delays and impacts.
- Anticipate issues, identify solutions, and maintain smooth execution across all programs.
- Deliver high-level, timely, and professional customer service to all clients, escalating concerns to senior leadership as appropriate.
- Ensure all project scopes comply with the client's Master Service Agreement (MSA).
- Travel to client meetings and event activations as required by the project scope and client relationship needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
- Apply industry knowledge and insights to become a valued expert on client brands, competition, and audiences.
- Lead concept development with creative, leadership, and client teams to deliver compelling, strategically aligned work.
- Support one-off project briefs to ensure brand experiences align with broader goals and strategy.
Requirements & Desired Skills:
- Based in the Boston/New Hampshire/Portland area; hybrid schedule (T-Th in office).
- 6+ years in experiential marketing and live event experience, including 2+ years of team management.
- 2+ years of experience managing external clients
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive, ambitious mindset.
- Skilled in motivating, delegating, and leading with professionalism and respect.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%) and work occasional weekends/holidays.
