Position Overview

The Supervisor, Member Banking, will oversee associates and senior associates on the Ametros Member Banking team. Responsibilities include managing critical member servicing processes such as funding bank accounts and bill payments, preparing reconciliations for cash inflows and outflows, and resolving issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage associates on the Member Banking team
2. Manage daily lockbox reconciliation and bill pay processes
3. Perform daily and monthly bank account reconciliations for multiple accounts
4. Conduct monthly reconciliations for vendor bills related to review fees
5. Oversee the Prepaid Card program
6. Review and approve bank transactions for accuracy related to members
7. Assist in preparing materials for external audits and SOX testing

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
2. 5+ years of accounting and supervisory experience
3. Experience with reconciliations
4. 2+ years of people management experience
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and cash reconciliation experience
6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Strong leadership and communication skills
9. Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks
10. Experience in insurance or financial services industry preferred

The estimated salary range is $85,000 to $100,000 USD, with potential variations based on experience, skills, and location. The position is eligible for incentive compensation.
