Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Google Ads Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls on when to push a campaign, how to optimize ROAS, and how to tell the story behind the numbers on client calls. Remote role with US and international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements.
• Agency multi-client experience.
• Clear spoken English with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrative.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
