Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative on client calls.

You’ll lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; manage budgets, test creatives, and own conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, shaping 90-day plans and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
