Job summary

Public Partnerships LLC is seeking an Account Specialist to coordinate project plans, monitor program performance, and ensure contract compliance. You will partner with internal teams and clients to manage launches, deliverables, and training, while delivering high-quality client service.

The role emphasizes organization, analytical thinking, and strong communication as you manage multiple priorities and foster durable client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience required.
  • 3-5 years' experience in business administration, healthcare, human services or public sector required; health or managed care exposure a plus.
  • PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project plans, work plans, and cross-functional activities to achieve milestones and client deliverables.
  • Monitor program performance through reporting, data analysis, status tracking, and end-user testing.
  • Assist with implementation and launch activities including meetings, documentation, training, and communications.
  • Prepare agendas, status reports, and serve as a backup point of contact for clients.
  • Engage with leadership to promote client satisfaction and provide responsive support.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and training materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Support business development by tracking RFP opportunities and maintaining opportunity data.

Job Summary

The Account Specialist supports the successful execution of client engagement initiatives by coordinating project activities, monitoring program performance, and ensuring contract compliance. This role partners with internal cross-functional teams and external clients to manage project plans, support implementation and launch activities, prepare client deliverables, and contribute to training and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering strong client relationships.

Project & Program Coordination

  • Coordinate project plans, work plans, and cross-functional activities to ensure program milestones, contract requirements, and client deliverables are achieved.
  • Monitor program performance through reporting, data analysis, status tracking, and end-user testing to support continuous operational improvement.
  • Assist with implementation and launch activities, including coordinating meetings, documentation, training, and project communications.

Client Relationship Management

  • Support client engagement activities by participating in client meetings, preparing agendas, developing status reports, and serving as a backup point of contact.
  • Build productive relationships with key client stakeholders by understanding organizational structures, decision-making processes, and client objectives.
  • Partner with client engagement leadership to promote client satisfaction and provide responsive support throughout the client lifecycle.

Training & Business Development Support

  • Develop and deliver presentations, training materials, and product education for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Identify organizational training needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve knowledge sharing and operational effectiveness.
  • Support business development efforts by tracking RFP opportunities, evaluating solicitation relevance, maintaining opportunity data, and developing knowledge of PPL's products and services.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or 5 years' experiencerequired. Master's degreea plus.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience in business administration, healthcare, humanservicesor public sectorrequired; Experience with a health or human services agency or managed care organization is a plus.

PMP a plus.

Working Conditions:

Office setting. Local, statewide, and national travel required.

Supervisory Responsibility (If applicable):

May have supervisory, but not managerial responsibility for 1-2 people.

Compensation Range:$65,000-$70,000

This role is eligible for a base salary within the posted range. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation may vary for positions based in high cost-of-labor markets.
