Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • MBA or related discipline preferred.
  • PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM) or equivalent required.
  • 7+ years of progressive project management experience, with 3+ years leading full-lifecycle ERP/enterprise platform implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage cross-functional project plans with scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Direct multiple technology projects, tracking milestones and adjusting priorities.
  • Lead teams, drive collaboration, and provide clear direction in ambiguity.

The PM also aligns projects with needs and requirements, constructs detailed project plans, achieves milestones, and communicates project progress across the stakeholder audience. deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines to ensure successful execution from initiation through completion.Direct multiple concurrent technology projects, tracking milestones, managing change requests, coordinating project activities, and ensuring deliverables align with organizational priorities, commitments, and technology standards.Conduct project evaluations, document lessons learned, implement follow-up actions, and promote adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.Leadership & Stakeholder CollaborationLead project teams through complex and evolving initiatives by creating structure, driving collaboration, building consensus, and providing clear direction in ambiguous situations.Facilitate project meetings, communicate status updates, risks, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders, while effectively engaging cross-functional teams and senior leadership to maintain project momentum.Foster team success by onboarding and Science, or a related field required.Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification required.Equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and progressively responsible project management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree where applicable.Seven or more years of progressive project management experience, including at least three years leading full-lifecycle implementations of large-scale enterprise platforms — ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, CRMs (i.e. MS Dynamics Contact Center, Salesforce) or comparable multi-application integration environment.Demonstrated ownership of one or more complete ERP implementation phases — requirements and fit-gap analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and post go-live stabilization — on a program of comparable scale and complexity.Working knowledge of core ERP process domains (finance, HCM/payroll, procurement, or case and service management) sufficient to translate business requirements into configuration and integration decisions and to challenge vendor recommendations.Experience planning and executing ERP data migration and integration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and interface design across multiple source systems.Experience managing enterprise software vendors and systems integrators, including statement-of-work scope, deliverable acceptance criteria, change-order control, and escalation.Experience leading organizational change management, end-user training, and adoption measurement for enterprise platform deployments affecting multiple business units.Preferred Attributes: Strong work ethic and collegial collaboration Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.
