Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience in a customer facing or industry related job
• Strong PC skills are required with a good knowledge of Microsoft Applications
• SAP experience is desirable
• Some travel required to visit customers or participate in customer related events

Responsibilities

• Learn the systems and processes to function as or backup an Account Solutions Lead (ASL).
• Respond to customer requests to shop cars and determine rental abatement as needed.
• Review repair estimates and communicate customer liability charges for approval.
• Act as a point of contact for customers for non-Sales activities related to GATX’s leased fleets.
• Monitor and address customer compliance; participate in specifications reviews.
• Participate in regional team meetings and cross-departmental projects.
