Position Details

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position with location restrictions to Utah. Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 5:55am-7pm PST, Friday 5:55am-6pm PST, Saturday 5:55am-4pm PST, and Sunday 10am-4pm PST.

Schedule & Training

• Full-time shifts with varying start times based on business needs.
• Expect to work at least one weekend day per week.
• Schedule flexibility is required, including overtime during peak periods and holidays.
• Orientation lasts 1 week (Tuesday – Friday).
• Training involves a mandatory program (Monday – Friday).

Responsibilities

• Service past due accounts via inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow all relevant collection guidelines.
• Negotiate payment solutions to generate revenue.
• Use a consultative approach to encourage future card usage.
• Assist with card services customer support as needed.
• Utilize tools and knowledge base efficiently.

Qualifications

• 6+ months collection or first-party collections experience (preferred).
• 6+ months customer service experience (required).
• Ability to obtain a debt collector license in Minnesota (required).
• Capacity to handle high call volumes accurately and professionally.
• Quiet, secure workspace with reliable internet.
• Comfort working at a desk with a computer, headset, and camera as needed.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
