Job summary

Verizon is seeking an Assoc Engr-Account Svcs to join a team providing managed support services. You will triage, troubleshoot, and consult on network connectivity for clients, including high-profile accounts, in a 24x7 environment with potential holidays and overnight shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of relevant experience, and involves working across incidents, reporting, and vendor coordination to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience or military.
• Experience providing managed support services and incident management is preferred.
• Ability to work 24x7 including holidays, nights, or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident management, triage, and ticket handling for service issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve problems to root cause.
• Monitor client networks and performance, escalate as required.
• Develop and share reports monitoring defined KPIs across technologies.
• Support multiple projects to meet delivery milestones.
