Verizon is seeking a Assoc Engr-Account Svcs to join a team delivering managed support services for clients with complex solutions. You’ll perform real-time incident management, triage, and troubleshooting to locate root causes and coordinate with vendors until issues are resolved.

You will consult on improving client network connectivity and support services, assist with events for high-profile customers, and work a 24x7 schedule that may include holidays, overnight, and weekends in a hybrid

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience with network support or managed services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide real-time incident management and triage for service issues.
• Troubleshoot to identify root cause and engage vendors until resolved.
• Consult on improving clients’ network connectivity and support services.
• Support events for high-profile clients (NFL, FIFA, NHL, NASCAR).
• Monitor and document progress to ensure full resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
