J & J Staffing Resources in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Major Accounts Sales Representative. You will manage and grow a book of wholesale accounts, prospect new clients, and coordinate with warehouses to fulfill orders in a fast-paced environment.

This direct-hire role offers a straight commission structure with 3% on all account revenue (uncapped) plus incentive and performance bonuses; schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience required.
• Wholesale, distribution, grocery, or closeout/off-price industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-driven compensation.
• Organized and able to manage a high volume of accounts and follow-ups.
• Ability to adapt to changing inventory and customer needs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems preferred.
• Uncapped commission structure

Job Summary: Our Client in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Major Accounts Sales Representative. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering a straight commission structure with 3% on all account revenue, uncapped earning potential, plus additional incentive and performance-based bonuses. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
