Job summary

Lakeshore-Beverage is seeking a route sales professional to maximize distribution and sales on an assigned route with a focus on draft and package products. You will deliver quality service, maintain inventory, and restock retail displays while upholding liquor regulations.

Responsibilities include stocking, POS material updates, signage, and sample drops, plus coaching Sales Assistants to meet company standards. A valid license and a 21+ age requirement apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a driving record acceptable to the Company.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Able to lift/bend/pull/push and work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal liquor laws.
• Safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Produce maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products for assigned route.
• Adhere to company programs and policies for safe, timely delivery and minimized returns.
• Maintain a clean driving record and monitor inventory levels with physical counts.
• Restock coolers, displays and in-store space to ensure maximum product availability.
• Negotiate and update Point-of-Sale materials at retailer locations.
• Build displays, hang signs, and drop off beer samples to clients.
• Train and coach Sales Assistants to meet standards.
