Tristar Beverage, LLC is seeking a Route Assistant to support the Account Sales Representative in maximizing sales and distribution of draft and packaged products. You will present brands to retailers and customers, build displays, and ensure product availability and freshness on your route.

Work includes driving, lifting, and merchandising, with safety training and compliance with liquor laws. The role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel daily.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
  • Driving record acceptable to the Company.
  • Proof of automobile insurance required.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws.
  • 2–5 years of related experience.
  • Role is safety-sensitive.

Responsibilities

  • Fill in for the Account Sales Representative to support sales and merchandising goals and present the Company brands to retailers and consumers.
  • Learn and apply the Structured Sales Processes to manage inventory levels and maximize product availability.
  • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers to facilitate sales.
  • Build displays and ensure product visibility and freshness on the route.

This position is accountable for assisting the Account Sales Representative in producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products and providing quality service to all customers on an assigned route.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, and reachingLift items ranging from 15lbs. (a case of 24 12-oz. cans) up to 162lbs.
