Adcolor Inc. is a leader in large-format printing, delivering color-accurate materials for diverse sectors. This role focuses on lead generation, building relationships with marketing professionals and stakeholders, and guiding opportunities from discovery to submission.

Expect a professional office setting in a print production facility with exposure to production activities. Compensation combines base salary with commission, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and accounts.

Formación

• 3-5 years of sales experience including accountability for customer service.
• Proven record of attention to detail, efficient communication and organizational skills, problem solving, and customer service.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience working in a CRM system.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation: Develop new relationships with prospective customers, partners, designers, agencies, architects, contractors, brands, retailers, and other potential sources of business.
• Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with marketing professionals, procurement teams, facility managers, designers, project managers, construction professionals, franchise organizations, and other key stakeholders.
• Consultation and Discovery: Learn prospective customers' businesses, locations, brands, challenges, and upcoming initiatives to uncover potential print and graphics opportunities.
• Internal Communication: Introduce qualified prospects to appropriate sales and project team members and facilitate a smooth handoff.
• Project Direction: Ensure that you are following the sales process defined by Adcolor. Collect information from the customer per our order submission guidelines and submit to our customer support team effectively.
• Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate prospect, lead, activity, and relationship information within the company's CRM.
• Company Representation: Represent the company professionally and communicate its capabilities, quality standards, service philosophy, and value proposition.
• Research and Education: Team members are expected to stay up to date on internal offerings and products.
