Qualifications

• No prior collections experience required.
• Training provided on company systems, procedures, and processes.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must sign and comply with NDAs and confidentiality policies.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls regarding outstanding balances.
• Communicate professionally with customers to gather information and resolve accounts.
• Ask questions, investigate account details, and identify solutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and work toward account resolution.
• Accurately document conversations, updates, and outcomes in the company system.
• Manage assigned accounts and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Follow established collection procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism during difficult conversations.
