Job summary

Tinker Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City is hiring an Account Resolution Specialist II, known internally as Collector II, to manage collections for members and reduce delinquencies.

You will communicate with members and internal teams, document cases for potential legal use, and ensure compliance with FCRA and internal policies. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), laws, regulations and collection procedures.
• Familiarity with bankruptcy chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13.
• Experience with collection software and internal mainframe systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections of outstanding account receivables from existing members.
• Reduce delinquency and losses while assisting members in the collections process.
• Communicate with members and internal teams across all channels.
• Maintain documentation for potential legal proceedings.
• Train Level I team members and support other queues as needed.
