• Prior collections experience needed.
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and disputes while delivering customer service.
• Document interactions across phone, email, chat, and text with follow-up.
• Serve as a resource for escalated customer situations, exercising sound judgment and independent decision-making.
