Job summary

Godshall Recruiting seeks a candidate to manage complex consumer accounts through inbound and outbound communications, negotiating payment arrangements, settlements, and disputes while delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, and text. The position runs Mon-Thurs from 9 AM to 8 PM with potential three-day weekends and starts quickly.

• Strong and effective phone communication skills.
• Prior collections experience needed.
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

Schedule and Start Date

Serve as a resource for escalated customer situations, exercising sound judgment and making independent decisions to support positive outcomes. Maintain strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload effectively while supporting team objectives and changing business needs.
