Job summary

Direct Meds is seeking a motivated Account Resolution Agent to support our growing telesales operations. This remote role focuses on contacting past due accounts, logging interactions in CRM, and navigating dialer systems to bring accounts current.

You will need strong English communication, the ability to multitask across multiple software platforms, and a drive to meet daily quotas while delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively call and message past due accounts to resolve and bring them to current status
• Resell the brand and customer experience, and positive feeling
• Handle administrative work to redo payment flows
• Accurately log all interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Navigate dialer systems (e.g., Five9) to manage outbound communication
• Maintain daily and weekly account resolution completion quotas
• Ensure all required documentation and notes are completed for each account resolved
• Collaborate with team leads and internal teams as needed

Compensation: $20/hour base pay + Performance-based commission

DirectMeds is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Resolution Agent to support our growing telesales operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting past due accounts and assisting them in bringing their accounts to current status. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, charm, strong inner drive, the ability to multitask, and comfort working across multiple systems simultaneously.

• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems (CRM, dialer, patient portals)
• Basic technical proficiency (uploading documents, managing systems)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to meet performance and productivity targets

Technical Requirements

• Reliable computer (desktop or laptop)
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• USB or Bluetooth headset with microphone suitable for call handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, collections, billing and account receivables, account resolution, or call center environments
• Experience using CRM systems and dialers (Five9, Zoho, etc.)
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred)

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently meeting or exceeding account resolution completion quotas
• Efficiently handling a high volume of past due account interactions (phone and text message first)
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation
• Providing a smooth and helpful experience for patients
