Will Thomson State Farm is hiring a driven, sales-focused Account Representative who thrives in a performance-based environment. If you enjoy prospecting, uncovering client needs, and confidently closing business, this role is built for you. This is not a passive service position—production is the priority. Your ability to generate revenue, cross‑sell effectively, and convert opportunities will directly impact your income and long‑term growth.

Licensing Requirements

• Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1
• Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire
• Full support provided for licensing, onboarding, and training

Prior sales experience is required. Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through calls, referrals, follow‑ups, and outreach
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
• Conduct policy reviews to uncover gaps and cross‑sell additional coverage
• Convert inbound leads into bound policies through strong sales execution
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and documentation
• Deliver a high level of service while staying focused on production
