Franklin Rodriguez - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to join their team in Tucson. The role focuses on value-based conversations, exceptional customer experience, and growth opportunities within the agency.

You will build relationships, educate customers about insurance options, and support policy changes, billing questions, and claims with a customer-first approach. A license in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is desired, with training provided as needed.

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
