Job summary

State Farm Agent Team Member is seeking an Account Representative to join their agency. You will educate customers about insurance options, develop leads, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment with growth potential.

This role is with a State Farm independent contractor agent. Requirements include the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses; compensation ranges from $26,000 to $40,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• People-oriented and organized with good presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and accurate in completing tasks on time.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate options.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty and Life & Health license must be obtainable.
