Mason Denton State Farm Agent is hiring an Account Representative to drive growth through meaningful customer relationships and proactive product marketing. You will serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, helping clients with insurance and financial services.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and ensure prompt, friendly service while maintaining high standards of customer care and compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred (outside/inside sales, retail, telemarketing).
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

As Account Representative for Mason Denton State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
