Alistair Filmore - State Farm Agent is seeking a sales representative to grow the team by providing needs-based insurance solutions and building referral relationships. You will work with hot and warm leads, quote inquiries, and pursue opportunities for advancement and licensing sponsorship.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions; average reps earn $55,000–$65,000 total compensation, with top performers earning $65,000–$100,000+.

Qualifications

We are seeking a representative to grow our sales team! You will focus on providing needs-based insurance solutions to compliment individual customer needs, building referral relationships with centers of influence, working hot and warm leads, & quote inquiries.

Applicants that become successful can enroll in a management training track or an agency ownership training track. As your skills develop you can obtain sponsorship for mortgage and securities licensing to provide additional income and career development opportunity.
