Lisa Blackwell - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and drive customer success. You will help grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance and financial services products while delivering prompt, friendly service and maintaining high standards of customer care.

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
