Clayton Allison - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Representative to support daily operations and grow the agency through meaningful customer relations, acting as a bridge between customer needs and agency departments.

You will improve lives by proactively promoting relevant insurance and financial services products and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role offers training and advancement within a State Farm independent contractor agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside), preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license.

As Account Representative for Clayton Allison - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
