You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, delivering prompt, friendly service and building lasting relationships.

This role emphasizes developing leads, scheduling appointments, and promoting State Farm products while ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing support.

You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
